The Appalachian Career Empowerment (ACE) Training Program, offered by USW Local 689 in partnership with the Southern Ohio Diversification Initiative (SODI), featuring nationally-recognized curriculum developed by the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC), provides industry-driven training and certifications to help you launch a career in advanced manufacturing. Earning the MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT) ® 4.0 certification will set you apart from other applicants, giving you a competitive edge for high-paying jobs in your community or across the country.
